News from St. Timothy Catholic Parish School

College Football Monday started our week with a dress down day representing our favorite college teams. On Tuesday, World Rosary Day, our school participated in a beautiful Living Rosary in the church as our 2nd graders led in prayer. Giving thanks to God for our blessings and reaffirming that God is Good All the Time! On Wednesday we had our first Trojan Talks presentation. Thank you to the staff members from CARD who came out to speak to us about this wonderful program and their services to help us all learn more about Autism and how to help us be more inclusive with children with disabilities. It was a great opportunity to raise awareness. Thank you to those who came to learn more. On Thursday, our 8th graders took their cap & gown pictures, enjoy some sneak peaks! At the end of mass on Friday, our first Love in Action Awards of the school year were awarded to the students that demonstrated the virtue of Patience. See the list and pictures below. Let's eat for a Great Cause!

Join un for 2 delicious nights, Wednesday, October 15^th and Wednesday, October 22^nd, to support St. Tim's 8^th Grade Class!

Come hungry and bring your family and friends! From 5-10 P.M., 10% of all Dinne-In and Take-Out orders will be donated to help fund ou 8^th Grade activities and celebrations!

Let's make these nights full of good food, great company, and St. Tim's spirit!

Trunk or Treat 2025 is almost here!

Get ready for a fun, family-friendly night filled with candy, creative trunks, music, and Trojan spirit!

Wristbands are required for everyone ages 2 and up and won’t be sold at the door, so grab yours early! Pre-sales close Tuesday, October 21st.

Please limit each trunk to no more than 3 families, so there are plenty of trunks and more candy stops for the kids! The more trunks we have, the more fun and excitement we can share with everyone! We’re capping the event at 55 trunks and 1,200 attendees, so don’t wait to sign up.

Candy Drive Alert! Help us make Trunk or Treat extra sweet! Each student is asked to bring one family-size bag of candy to their homeroom by Tuesday, October 21st. The first class to reach 100% participation wins a special prize on Friday, October 24!

Grade-Level Incentives: The grade with the most trunks wins an Ice Cream Party, and grades that purchase 5 trunks will earn 5 extra minutes of recess each day the following week, while grades that purchase 10 or more trunks will enjoy 10 extra minutes of recess daily the following week too!

It’s going to be a frightfully fun night for our Trojan family — we can't wait to see you there!

Read-a-Thon

Coming this October!!

Read-A-Thons actually get your reader excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage your child to read even more. Our Read-A-Thon starts Monday October 20, 2025.

About one week before our Read-A-Thon starts we will send home instructions on how to activate your reader's personal page. This is where you will be able to view and record their progress.

We encourage you to activate your reader’s account today by clicking on Reader Signup and following the simple instructions.

We've chosen Read-A-Thon because it will not take much of your time, gives your child a reason to read and helps in the development of stronger reading skills. We hope EVERYONE participates.
