WELCOME BACK ST. TIM’S KIDS!!

Almost a full week in the books, as our St. Tim’s Kids came back to school last week. Our kids started their week with a lot of excitement and joy. We all gathered to close our first week with a special mass for the Feast of the Assumption Mass. This week we also began the week with our monthly family school mass where our students came together once again as part of the St. Timothy community.

Carline Information

Carline Dismissal begins on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

We have 2 dismissals at the end of the day:

• PK4-3rd grades will be dismissed at 2:25 p.m.
• 4th-8th grade students will be dismissed at 2:45 p.m.

Parents are not allowed to get down and pick up students beginning on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. They must use the Carline.

Each student received 6 dismissal cards with their names and number on it. Parents will display their dismissal card on the right side of the dashboard. A staff member will punch the students number into the IPAD and the students name will appear on the Smartboard in the classroom.

PK4-3rd grade students will have Green cards for the first dismissal and 4th-8th grade students will have Orange cards. Green cards may only enter the property via Miller/103 Ave and Orange cards may only enter by 103 Ave.

Parents will not be allowed to pick up children from the main office between 2:05 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. The carline will close at 3:05 p.m. After School Care will begin at 3:05 p.m. After Care will end at 5:30 p.m. Parents who arrive later than 5:30 p.m. will be charged. There will be no after care on early dismissal days.

Any student that is not picked up by 2:45 p.m. from the first dismissal will go to “Late Pick Up” and will be charged a fee per semester. Students in PK4-3rd grades who have siblings in the learning center will be walked over by a staff member to the learning center and dismissed from there. Please submit a Sibling Walkover Form and return to the main office by Wednesday. Parents will be allowed to Park and Pick up on Early Release Days and Rainy days. They must bring their carline green or orange card to enter the building.

We ask for your patience and understanding during dismissal. We need to work together to ensure the safety of all our children. Attached are flyers for Carline. Thank you for your support!
