Word from the Pastor
|
|
Dear Friends, “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.” - Matthew 16:24.
Life has conditions. We need food, water, and air to live. We accept these needs because they are essential to our existence. In the same way, Jesus places before us three conditions for Christian discipleship: deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Him.

Prayer for the Hurricane Season |
June 1st - November 30th
Almighty God Creator of the universe, we humbly seek Your protection from all approaching storms. Calm our hearts, cast away our fear, and keep our families and homes safe. You command the elements and bring us peace.
We thank You in advance for Your protection and ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Matthew 8:26: "Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
