As the end of year approaches, we would like our Customers to be aware that we will have early deadlines for bulletins and website maintenance during the Holidays: | Bulletin of December 21st | Send until Wednesday, December 17th | | Bulletin of December 28th | Send until Friday, December 19th | | Bulletin of January 4th | Send until Tuesday, December 23rd | You may also send more than one bulletin at once -- The earlier the better! Our main office and all support lines will be closed on the days below: | Christmas | New Year's | | No business hours on December 24th through December 26th. | No business hours on December 31st through January 2nd. | Do you or your staff need special accommodations? We understand that during the Holidays some Parishes might have special business hours, staff members working from home and/or vacation leaves. If you need any accommodations, such as: To be contacted from an e-mail address different from usual, receiving approvals on a specific day, approval requests over the phone, please don't hesitate to contact our staff beforehand.
